Each Agent is trained to be an expert in a specific number of tasks. Usually, we speak to experts, to understand how they process data, which data is interesting to them and, if they had the time, how they would ideally process this information. In most cases, we get inspired by these descriptions of human intelligence to then create a number of artificial intelligence models that allow the agent to process large data amounts to sort, group, summarize, categorize information.
The short answer is no, for the long answer let us start to see what is bias. Bias gives unfair, prejudicial, close-minded disproportionate weight in favor of or against an idea or thing. We program OWN Agents to not give any preference to specific information. OWN Agents are not sponsored by specific firms the outcomes are in now way changed according to any commercial, political or other interest. The only way that our agents are influenced in their decision making is by the selection of data they consume and the ways in which we create our intelligence models. In both cases, we set out to cover the most neutral data sets for training and input. Our tests show that humans are way more biased than Agents, simply by the fact that data we can process is much more limited.
Our goal is to turn OWN into an open marketplace, where developers, and eventually also amateurs can easily provide their Agents to people. At the moment, we focus on providing excellent Agents to our customers and demonstrating the relevance of Agents for the world. We, nevertheless already have our own toolset for making new Agents that we share with selected developers and make available in selected hackathons.
